Scene Analysis: Black Panther



I chose this scene from Black Panther because of the villain, Erik Killmonger. His motivation is to rise the population of African-Americans by letting America to about Wakanda's existence.

Cultural Background: Erik was born in raised in Oakland, California with the birth name N’Jadaka and was the son of the Prince N’Jobu. But one night, he found his father dead and mourned for him. Avenging for his father’s death, Erik joined the military forces, and studied about explosives and psychological warfare, and hence, he was nicknamed Killmonger for eliminating thousands of enemies.

Intelligence (IQ): Skilled hunter and tracker, expert martial artist, tactician, hand-to-hand combat, enhanced super strength, super speed and agility.

Occupation: Terrorist, Villain, black ops soldier(formerly), King of Wakanda (briefly).
